My approach is to work with respect and mutual understanding to create a "home"  for you that is functional, intuitive and harmonious. While each project is unique the process will include a conversation and implementation.

We will begin with scheduling a discovery call to discuss initial needs, scope of project and determine mode of service (in-person, virtual or hybrid sessions). Tailored next steps will be put into motion.

Sort & Refresh

Where the project comes alive and the transformation begins. I’ll have fun purging, decluttering, organizing, strategizing and decorating for you.

Create

Aligning with your budget, style and preference, storage solutions/decor will be reviewed, sourced, purchased and implemented. I strive to utilize what you have first, I thrive in getting creative with space.

When an elderly relative wanted to return home following a fall and rehab, the goal was to create a safe space for her to do so. Time was short and the task was large. Mara came to the rescue. She immediately set to work to make the necessary spaces more functional. With patience and empathy, she respectfully guided us to make decisions about what could be removed or donated and then magically organized what needed to stay. Move Management

Mara was a very big help to me when I was preparing to move. Even though I lived in a studio apartment, I had tons of stuff that had to either be gotten rid of or organized to bring to my new home. I had lived there for 47 years! Mara came in and immediately set to work. She was wonderful at organizing things in groups and also a big help by bringing the unwanted items to a thrift shop for me. She did all this in a cheerful manner and we had some fun. All in all, it was a great experience to work with her. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs help to pack and clean out for a move.
